The staff was friendly. free coffee, tea, and water were available in the lobby. the location is very good. It is close to many attractions.
the room was not cleaned properly. i kept finding hairs everywhere. the towels was stained and had hair from other guests.

cold roomconfusing layout
My stay had a few issues. the room felt quite cold, and even with the extra heater, it took a long time to warm up. the minibar was completely empty. Not even a bottle of water was available. i found the layout confusing too. Getting to my room involved a lift, then a maze of corridors. this made finding the lobby a bit difficult, as i often ended up in dead-end hallways.

the family room was spacious enough for us. it included everything we needed. the location worked well for accessing attractions, and i appreciated the free coffee in the lobby. it made mornings easier.
the stairs to rooms had tiny steps. climbing down was awkward, especially with luggage. i also noticed the carpet in the corridors wasn't vacuumed properly. dust was present despite daily housekeeping.

the location near to main attractions pleased me. it allowed for city exploration with no transport needed. i found the coffee machine and quality coffee very convenient.
the carpets on the stairs was very dirty and not vacuumed properly.

the location is great. i found it very easy to walk to most attractions. the receptionists were friendly. they offered useful tips for exploring the area.
my room was quite small. the walls felt thin. i could hear noises from neighboring rooms. breakfast was okay but options seemed limited. refills were not always prompt.

convenient tramgood choicesbroken plug
the tram stoped just outside, , made travel to central station really easy. breakfast had a lot of choices and everything tasted good.
the shower didnt drain properly and the plug in the sink was broken. we were moved to another room after that.
